Responsible for creating and managing an operational budget for the site.Control of an out base (Litchfield) which was used for a cross dock operation for distribution via a 3rd party provider. Inventory and demand planning along with Import & Export were parts of my remit, leading a team of approx. 70 people on site.Implementation of resource scheduling/demand planning and operational KPI suites.Lead operational reviews at daily, weekly and period review level including responsibility for managing third party transport and storage partners. Deputize for GM in his absence.

Responsible for a team of 200 employees including Operations Manager, Shift Managers and FLM's.Managed a International Supply Chain site for a leading DIY client for their seasonal goods (Christmas, Summer, promotions etc.)Planning new line throughput to store and ensuring targets and deadlines met. Deputized for General Manager and lead both the Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement functions along with Inventory management. Designed planning tools to maximise efficiencies within the depot and created a complete KPI suite to deliver a structured approach to performance management. Controlled and co-created budget plans to achieve site EBITDA.
