Project Manager, Concept Select Study.• ENI - FPSO Mexico Proposal - Project Manager • Requested to assist the Proposal to build in Mexico, for the first time for MODEC. • Reviewed and selected the best fabrication facility and developed a viable Construction Plan and agreement, including Integration.
