Led numerous Offshore EPCI Projects and proposal generation including:Accomplishments:• Hess Corporation - Stampede TLP (wet tree unit) - Project Manager• Managed all aspects of the EPCI for the TLP hull and mooring, including supervision support for the Integration and installation. The project began in the concept phase and was installed in the 2nd quarter of 2017. The 20,000 mt. hull and associated mooring were designed for, has been established, and is currently producing in 3,350 ft. of water depth under Gulf of Mexico design sea states, MODEC project was completed on schedule and under budget.• Received the S&P Global Construction Project of the Year 2018, which recognizes onshore and offshore large projects• Equinor – BMC-33 FPSO Brazil FPSO Proposal 2.8 M barrel new build 40 K MT topsides, managed for 2 years from early conceptual studies through Pre-FEED and ready for execution including Contract negotiations final.• BHP – FPSO Mexico Concept Study Disconnect Able Turret. Project Manager, Concept Select Study.• ENI - FPSO Mexico Proposal - Project Manager • Requested to assist the Proposal to build in Mexico, for the first time for MODEC. • Reviewed and selected the best fabrication facility and developed a viable Construction Plan and agreement, including Integration. MODEC won the Project and executed all deliverables.• Sabah Shell - Malikai TLP Proposals • Developed Malikai Proposal to achieve a complete EPCI for the 25,000 mt., topsides, hull, and mooring in 1500 m. water depth. Created detailed cost and schedule for the EPCI lump-sum proposal. Performed twice for two different conditions to reduce the resulting overall price of the first bid. Proposals required fourteen months to complete in their entirety, proposals were completed to a level ready for sanction, and 1st cut steel in 3 months.

• Petrobras - Papa Terra TLWP Proposals • Managed all aspects of the Pappa Terra proposal to achieve a complete EPCI for the topsides, hull, and mooring in 1180 m. water depth, including the detailed cost and schedule for the EPCI lump-sum proposal. Performed twice for two different conditions to reduce the overall price of the first bid requiring each Proposal 14-16 months to complete in its entirety. Developed the first Proposal, which included a complete drilling rig equipped for drilling and completion work.• Designed a second proposal to accept a tender rig to perform the associated work.• Completed proposals and ready for sanction and 1st cut steel in 4 months.• EnCana - Deep Panuke MOPU Proposal• Achieved responsibility for all aspects of the Proposal to a complete EPCI status for the topsides, hull, and mooring, including the detailed cost and schedule for the EPCI lump-sum proposal/• Project entailed the conversion of a drilling jack-up barge into a production facility.

Accomplishments:• Supervised the detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning of Produced Water System, upgraded offshore. Project increased water processing offshore from fifteen to approx. 50 KBWPD.• Managed detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning of new umbilical installation for Fourier well cluster. project involved integration of facility services to umbilical medusa head through installation offshore.

ExxonMobil (MPN) East Area EPC-4A NigeriaAccomplishments:• Designed upgrades on ten Wellhead Platforms, coordinated the Mechanical Engineering effort for the 500 M+ MHR Project, each upgrade included new deck extensions, equipment, piping, electrical and controls.

Accomplishments:• Managed client projects including:• BP Americas, PLC, Nakika” Deepwater Facility, (457 MMSCFD, 100 MBOPD) • Reported to BP for a design study effort to expand the existing VRU System capacity. Managed a DCA Deepwater Consultant Alliance team to provide the design detail necessary to select the most suitable option for the system upgrade.• Reported to BP for the FEED effort for the addition of an Export Gas Compressor. Served as Manager of a DCA team, providing the design specifics necessary to advance the Project to Detailed Design and Construction.• ChevronTexaco, Frade (FPSO) Prospect, 100 kBOPD • Reported to the ChevronTexaco Topsides, interfaced with Coordinator for the Pre-FEED phase of the Project.• Managed a DCA team effort to provide the design definition for the facility topsides to successfully advance the Project to FEED, the finished product which resulted in much more detail than most FEEDs.• BHP Billiton Petroleum Inc., BHPB/Marathon/Woodside Neptune Deepwater Prospect 50 kBOPD• Reported to the JST member responsible for the topsides facilities during the appraisal phase of the project.• Managed a DCA team effort to estimate topsides cost, weight, and schedules. Performed technical assessments for various concepts ranging from remote host subsea tie-backs to several types of local floating hosts. • BHP Billiton Petroleum Inc. – BP/BHPB Atlantis PQ Semi-submersible (150 kBOPD, 75 kBWPD, 180 MMSCFD, 75 kBWPD Water Injection, Topsides Facilities - Engineering Advisor • Reported to BHPB for technical support during the pre-sanction phase of the project. Performed cost, weight, scheduled reviews of the design work performed by Mustang Engineering, and a series of technical assessments and studies for the topside scope of work.

Managed onshore and offshore hook-up, commissioning, and OPEX costs were developed.• Mariner Energy, Dulcimer 2, Pluto, Mustique, Apia, and Black Widow Deepwater Developments • Processed systems for all QA / QC for the well testing operations.• Hanover, Trinmar Jack-up Compression Facility Project • Supervised detailed design of the topsides processing facility portion of the surplus Jack-up Barge retrofit for gas processing, injection, and installation in Trinidad.• Hanover, Cawthorne Channel Gas Plan• Supervised the detailed design of the topsides processing facility portion of a 3 concrete barge new-build LNG Gas Plant installed in Nigeria, Africa.• Devon Energy, South Timbalier Field • Designed the installation of SCADA system, process module addition offshore, upgrade included slug management, Separation, gas cooling, water treating, and strategic upgrades for high-temperature chloride service. • Performed the mechanical detailed design calculations, including detailing internals of equipment followed and supported through construction installation offshore.

Accomplishments.• Chevron Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela Project • Designed detailed bid specifications for the Gas Dehydration and Glycol Regeneration System, involved (2) 94" OD X 25'-0" S/S Contactors and the Regeneration Skid to service these Contactors were built following ASME Section VIII, Div. 2.• Chevron Gulf of Mexico - Vent & Flair Systems Analysis• Evaluated half of all offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico for the Vent & Flair systems.• Requested by management to led training for Chevron on the Flare / Relief System design class with computer software applications in Lafayette and New Orleans.• British Petroleum Prospect (“Blood, Sweat, and Tears - Project/Process Engineer• Managed conceptual design to the sizing and obtained weight, footprint, and AFE costs for an entire processing package for this offshore prospect. • Amoco Offshore Project - Manager • Upgraded a large facility involving two facilities but one production plan, the West Delta 90 Facility was a 3-platform structure, and West Delta 75D, a single 8 pile platform, facilities had interconnecting pipelines.• Managed the development of scope to solve their current and predicted process problems, followed by the detailed upgrade design through installation. • Involved the Project in changing WD-75D from a well platform that piped all production to WD-90 for processing to a fully functional and independent processing facility involved in adding Separation, Manifolding, and Water Treating capacity to the WD-90 facility. Managed all process Systems, including Separation, Water Treating, Oil Dehydration, Oil Metering, and Pumping. Designed, bid, fabricated, and installed on the WD-75 facility, performed the process, and detailed mechanical design calculations. Managed the construction and supported the installation offshore.
