As a Security Program Manager I am responsible for the continuous review and lifecycle management of Data Center physical security systems. This includes but not limited to the Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm and additional hardware or software. I work directly with Data Center Physical Security Managers, Regional Security Managers, Security Site Leads, Facility Managers, Finance, GC and others.

I monitor the applications on each machine maintaining upgrades and software updates as they roll out. I also monitor the machines lifespan making sure it still meets all requirements needed to perform 100% with our security Software. Project Lead of a major security system upgrade in the Access Control Systems handling both Clients, Systems, Servers and remote management of Google's physical security. The upgrade process was a 5 stage process and happened over 2 days. This process was the staging and upgrading of the Access Control System in the HQ to CCURE 9000 from a previous version of CCURE 800 10.1. This process was configuration and modification of all physical security applications affecting over 50,000 individuals over the world. Project Lead in upgraded all Physical Security Computers at Google's HQ from Windows XP to Windows 7. This upgrade was performed on 49 machines and included the re-install of all Security Software - CCURE 800, DVTEL, Network Client, D3, Windows Office and all Updates. This upgrade was a 2 stage process that was handled over 3 days. 1/2 the machines were upgrade on day 1 and the rest on day 3.

With Allied Barton I was a contracted Employee at Google Inc where I was in charge of all Physical Security and Badging computers (35+) and responsible for keeping all systems up to date and ensure there was no software or hardware failure. I was Project Lead on upgrade CCURE 800 9.1 to 9.4 and followed by 10.1. This process included over 50+ machines, 15+ servers and over 50,000 individuals world wide. I was also incharge of installing and maintaining all Security Software installs and upgrades on all machines belonging to the Physical Security Network.
