Mr. Lamb has been actively engaged in commercial real estate valuation and consulting since 1984 and conducted valuation assignments in over 35 states and Mexico. He has extensive experience in various property types including but not limited to; student housing, affordable housing, LIHTC, office buildings, retail centers, manufacturing facilities, malls, industrial distribution, self- storage, healthcare facilities, data centers, meat packing plants, mixed-use residential and commercial subdivisions, limited and full-service lodging, gaming, ranch land, municipal, state and federal tax abatements, utility districts, tax increment finance districts and public improvement districts. In addition, he has also completed valuations for initial public offerings (IPO), partial interest valuations for corporations, joint ventures, tenants-in-common and trusts for financial reporting and tax planning. He has extensive experience valuing portfolios of industrial facilities, NNN retailers, restaurants, hotels, and subdivisions. As a consulting expert and/or expert witness, Mr. Lamb has experience with various litigation issues including but not limited to: bankruptcy, condemnation, construction defect, divorce, civil, insurance, partial interest, federal tax, title, wrongful demolition, and zoning disputes.

Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Mr. Lamb was with Integra Realty Resources where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director of the Dallas, Texas office.

Mr. Lamb co-founded LamBis Consulting in 1991, which merged with Fort Worth based Appraisal/Data Services in 1999 and became a Charter Stockholder of Integra Realty Resources
