I have over four decades of experience in the remote sensing industry, where I founded two cutting-edge companies that specialize in hyperspectral technologies. As the CEO of SpecTIR LLC, I oversee the development, collection, processing, and analysis of hyperspectral imagery for various applications, such as intelligence, environmental, and agricultural. As the founder and a director of TerraCore Corp, I help direct the strategic planning and international partnerships for core imaging products for mining and oil/gas industries.My mission is to advance the state-of-the-art in hyperspectral and core imaging technologies, and to create value for our clients and partners across the intelligence, civil, and private sectors. I have a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving innovation and growth in the field. I have a strong background in operational planning, intelligence analysis, and national security, as well as a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of remote sensing. I am a former US Navy Commander, a former HYDICE - HYMSMO project manager, and an associate fellow of the CNO Strategic Studies Group XVIII. I have also published an article on the Sea Strike Concept in the US Naval Institute Proceedings.
