Responsible for a key NHS account, as part of the initial bid and delivery team, with responsibility for roll out and training to NHS trusts and PCTs across England• Delivering extensive presentations throughout England and Scotland to the Department of Health Management, BMA, NHS trusts and PCT’s, creating training material that included Computer Based Training for NHS staff• Presenting to over 500 senior NHS staff at the Trades Union Congress building in London, including Q&A sessions• Contributing to a reduction in delivery costs of £200,000 over just one yearFocusing on the General Motors (GM) account, offering account management of existing contracts and redevelopment of existing contracts to provide cost savings to customers• Working in close partnership with GM Europe IT Management, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft• Delivering effective bid development and project management for all new business• Effectively re-developed internet access delivery model to provide 30% savings to the customer, whilst still providing a 25% margin to the business
