Currently General Manager of Sales and Product and Victorian Branch Manager, my key responsibilities are to manager all aspects of customers, partners and key stakeholder engagement to increase sales performance, customer service levels, increase revenue across the sales channel divisions and ensure overall margin and company EBITDA remains above targets. Included in this role is working with our product and procurement teams to identify product opportunities for the RV OEM, wholesale and retail sale channels and customers, implementing sales and product strategies for NPI, managing product lifecycles, overseeing compliance, R&D, vendor management and product launch strategies and implementation. Underpinning this role is the guiding and mentoring of a great team of internal and externals sales staff across multiple locations, and working closely with our product and marketing team, as well as our overseas sourcing and logistics team to drive success within the Aussie Traveller business. The role also includes Branch Manager responsibilities for our Melbourne location, including everyday involvement in inventory management, operations and logistics and staff/staffing responsibilities. An exciting time for the Aussie Traveller business and the RV industry in Australia. -
