We use trusted third parties to provide scale plans and structural steelwork calculations.DesignWhen you contact us to speak to us about your building we’ll discuss with you all your building requirements from its size, the materials you want to use, and the buildings usage. We design and fabricate our buildings at our workshops in North Yorkshire. Our buildings are made with hot-rolled steel which can be shot-blasted or galvanized.Other materials include timber, galvanized steel purlins and supports, fibre cement sheeting, box profile steel sheeting, insulated composite panels, pre-stressed concrete panels & timber and steel doors.We also use local companies for roller shutter and up and over doors.Foundations and GroundworksAll our buildings are set on a concrete pad with holding down bolts to ensure a secure foundation to begin the build.Erection of your buildingThis is done by JSL construction employees using time served building techniques and adhering to health and safety regulations.RefurbishmentRefurbishments come in many different shapes and sizes. We can offer replacement of old cladding with new, we can also over-clad, replace gutters and roof lights, add mezzanine floors to existing buildings.Other servicesWe can also offer supply only buildings and we can fabricate farm doors, gates, and barriers etc.
