Mark Lee leads the financial management at Noul, overseeing Noul's financial planning, fund management, accounting, and internal controls. He joined Noul, deeply resonating with its vision and passion for international development cooperation, and aims to make significant contributions from a financial perspective as Noul grows into a global company. Prior to joining Noul, he worked at the Export-Import Bank of Korea, where he was responsible for financing overseas infrastructure projects, developing international development cooperation projects, and managing the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF). Before that, as a Certified Public Accountant, he performed audit and financial advisory services at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University and a Master's degree in International Development Policy from Duke University.
