Achievements: - Assist in the review of Business Requirements Document(BRD) - Building an Excel Macro to assist the BAU team in identifying skewed performance prices due to transition and automated the process of calculating performance prices after accounting for transition flows - Manage junior consultants to achieve better efficiency and learning outcomes 3. Achievements: - Leading Dress Rehearsal(DRH) from data priming, unit pricing to instruction processing and subsequent reconciliation. - Reviewing and finalizing the runsheet from an FA SME's perspectiveFor Master Trust Simplification(MTS), we have switched approximately 80,000 members to equivalent investment options on the go-forward menu and terminated 96 legacy options. To date, as part of the MTIS program, we have now terminated 120 options which is helping deliver better outcomes for our members.4. With plans rolled out progressively for our strategic fund transition, I worked in a team of four Client Service officers and six Junior Fund Accountants to participate in various stages of the fund transition from Hong Kong to Shanghai. As a Senior Fund Accountant, I actively liaised between the Client Service team in Shanghai and Hong Kong for the transition. I successfully led the team in multiple accounting system testing projects and assisted my people leader, the Head of Fund Services in Shanghai, to build and implement on-screen NAV checking mechanism and eventually won the "Bright Idea" award of HSBC China in 2012.Additionally, I was responsible for daily NAV calculation and review, preparing financial statements, daily compliance monitoring on Investment managers as per investment mandates.
