In September 2015 Control Group Inc and Titan Outdoor merged to create Intersection.I was the remote second shift Systems Engineer from 3-12pm and sole Support Center coverage during the hours of 7-11pm for our national and international clients. I was the escalation point for server issues during this time as well as responsible for backup monitoring/maintenance, anti-virus monitoring/maintenance, project implementation and monthly windows server updates.

During my time at Control Group, I performed the following roles:Second Shift (Remote) Systems Engineer [2014 – 2016] – Managed all (15-20) managed services clients, including international sites. Responsible for Server, Backup, Anti-Virus monitoring and maintenance, Server Project implementation and monthly Server updates for all our Managed Services clients. Point person for Support Center coverage until the third (overnight) shift started. VP of Engineering / Associate Partner [2008 - 2014] – Responsible for managing all Managed Services support staff (30+). This included the Support Center, Field Engineers, Systems Engineers and Network Engineers. Directly responsible for increasing customer satisfaction rate to 98%+, 3% higher than the industry standard 95%, as well as performing monthly profitability reviews. Project Manager [2004 – 2010] – Prepared and managed projects for my specific clients (10+), eventually all Managed Services clients (25-50), until a dedicated team was assigned. Systems Engineering Manager [2006 – 2008] – Oversaw the Systems Engineering team, consisting of 5 engineers. Also involved in pre-sales technical work, meeting with the clients to discuss their needs and goals, including specifying and pricing server/storage/backup solutions and implementation. Dedicated Client Site Engineer / Account Manager [2004 - 2006] – Handled supporting 10+ client offices, working on desktop, server, network and phone systems. Provided advice and pricing for upgrades or replacement systems. Dedicated Client Site Engineer at Neue Galerie [2002 – 2004] – Administered all systems on premise, supporting 30+ staff, resolving any desktop, server, network or phone issues and implementing/maintaining new systems.
