Mark LeFevre began his career in collections and finance with World Acceptance Corporation in 1982 where he established a branch in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As his branch grew with great diligence he was among the top five finance managers, while being the youngest of the bunch.He then transfered to the Beaufort, South Carolina branch, which had fallen below company expectations, and brought it to the level of the top competitors within World Acceptance Corporation. Moving from South Carolina to Northern Virginia he was able to expand his finance and credit experience into factoring and building a client base for a medical and commercial third party agency. His experience in Northern Virginia prepared him for a commercial, financial, and collection career.Relocating to Dover, Delaware with his family he joined the largest commercial agency in the country, Milliken and Michaels Inc. The eighteen-month training program was completed in a record three months, shattering currently held records in performance during that process.Milliken and Michaels Inc. then merged with NCO Financial Systems Inc. For fifteen years his knowledge and skills grew with this company. Now with over thirty-one years of experience Mark LeFevre is President and CEO, for over a decade, of Kearns Brinen & Monaghan Inc. and the founder of The LeFevre Group LLC.
