Created a production progress report, that tracks production jobs in required date sequence, as well as displaying progress of each individual job, process by process. These finalised, new designs resulted in a more attractive product, with a shorter build time, and less material used, resulting in less wastage and more profitable margins.During load shedding periods, implemented and co-ordinated night shift teams, resulting in a “work day” of twenty two hours, 7am to 5pm and 6pm to 6am, which proved highly effective in meeting customer demands. • Created formula, based on historical movement and lead times, that calculates order points for all stock codes that meet movement criteria.
