I founded Mulligan Funding in 2008 in response to the withdrawal of banks from the small and medium sized lending market following the collapse of the financial sector. My financial background led me to National Bankcard Association in 1994, where I served as their Chief Financial Officer. After identifying a strong opportunity for recurring revenue focused on merchant processing solutions, I successfully raised money for the organization and became their Chief Executive Officer in 1996. Under my direction, National Bankcard tripled in size and merged with Universal Savings Bank (USB) in 2000.
