Key responsibilities include the management of two direct reports. Manage, develop and deliver high quality production policies, standards and procedures across the Generation Production Support and Asset Operations teams in accordance with legislation. Provide technical point of reference for project pre-operations and transition documentation with Asset Operations. Produce regular process improvement reports and contribute technical and operational input to both People & Culture and Health Safety & Environment groups to ensure a coordinated approach.

Responsible for the management of two direct reports. Maintain effective working relationships within the Learning & Development environment. Coordinate the learning and development responsibilities for Statutory, Overhaul and Operations training and maintain knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for monitoring and operating high pressure turbines and training new Attendants and Contractors. Supervise the maintenance of the plant and ensure current risk management knowledge and work to industry safe standards.
