• Administrative work filing and general office duties. • Responsible for creating the Daily Progress Report.• Attends and prepares minutes for the Daily Technical Meeting.• Prepares monthly crew time sheet and submit to crewing payroll execs.• Assist accounting department for payroll with crew work time records. • Assist crew with their cash reimbursement.• Prepares and distribute Cash Advances.• Coordinates with on-shore personnel for both Singapore main office and local office (depending location of vessel). • Creates and /or reviews crew sign on and sign off schedule as directed by crewing coordinator.• Supervises in sign-on and off process and ensure crew members receive all documentation required, including airline ticket, hotel accommodation etc. • Coordinates with the shore-side support group for sign-on and sign-off process. • Prepares crew manifest for inbound and outbound. • Prepares and assist with port related documents upon port arrival and departure. • Collects, reviews and proper documentation of crew's training certificates and documents. • Ensure accuracy of crew records. • Act as Project Administrator whenever vessel is on-hire with duties such as, taking minutes for project and client meetings, provides monthly timesheet for Project crew, creating Daily Progress Report and other task assigned by Offshore Construction Manager.• Performs any job related duties assigned by the Master.
