Quality Metal Finishing Corporation is a middle market company that has been family owned and operated since 1974. QMFC specializes in plating and painting to military and commercial specifications. The goal is to protect the metals in the field, whether in Afghanistan, in the emergency room or on a swing set, while they are being introduced to the elements, keeping the end product fully functional.

Mr. Leonardis was an associate for Jones Lang LaSalle in the Manhattan office market. He served as a corporate advisor and leasing specialist, concentrated on space acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of corporate clients. He provided transaction strategy, market knowledge, space identification, space tours and comprehensive financial analysis for potential deals. In addition, he actively monitored research data that includes tenants in the market and rent rolls in all major Midtown locations. He is worked with Jones Lang LaSalle’s company directors to lead the business development and training programs. Mr. Leonardis’ extensive financial and real estate knowledge, along with his sophisticated approach have enabled him to be a successful advisor in the real estate consulting industry.

Helped grow assets by bringing in new revenue and clients for the group through cold calling and researching of prospective clients. Developed comprehensive PowerPoint Presentations for clients; Formulated efficient Excel spreadsheets to improve clientele organization.
