Executive Vice President of Lessing’s Inc. and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.  He oversees the company’s Main Street Restaurants Division and Franchise Group. Mark has been with Lessing’s for over 28 years and has been involved in all facets of the restaurant and franchise businesses, from development to operations to acquisitions.  Mark began his career at Lessing’s as General Manager at the Post Office Café.  For ten years he grew sales and profits for the location.  In 2000, Mark led the development and launch of The Library Café.  Mark operated both The Library Café and Post Office Café until 2002, when he was promoted into his current role.  In 2013 he led the acquisition and launch of the company’s fourth division, Lessing’s Franchise Group with the acquisition of Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza. Lessing’s was awarded the NY/CT area for exclusive development.  Mark is a member of many non-profit organizations in the communities in which Lessing’s restaurants are located.  Mark holds a B.A. from Belmont Abbey College.
