Thanks for taking the time to view my profile.I am a family oriented person, loyal, trustworthy, and have a small zoo of animals from Huskies, Pomeranians, and a Polecat. I have spent 20+ years working for the ministry of defence. I have been successful in all my roles and take pride in my work, through attention to detail, hard work and knowing I am a valued member of the team.I have completed multiple roles over these years that has seen me manage service personnel from small based teams to larger grouping as a Senior Non Commissioned Officer. I have gained the skills I needed by completing multiply command and leadership courses.Previous role was the Assistants Regimental Careers Management Officer (ARCMO) to around 500 service personnel, ensuring they had the correct education, courses completed, worked with them to complete courses to be able to promote to the next level. I am currently in my fourth year as the Assistant Intelligence Officer (AIO), trained to be the units security officer conducting information security, security awareness and working on a large IT role out and infrastructure works to house this task, and multiple higher level responsibilities.As I come close to my time finishing in the MOD I am looking to network, create a good following of professional people, companies and anyone interested in following me.I have completed the Professional Scrum Master PSM 1 course with the aim to complete:1. PRINCE22. Risk management 3. Finance for non finance managers Completed the first year of an Open University Cyber Security Degree.
