- Lead a team of recruiters supporting the full range of talent acquisition of commercial banking, global banking and markets and Hang Seng Index - Partner with senior leaders in devising recruitment strategies- Drive the strategic resourcing for different talents with focus on talents with GBA experience/exposure- Supervise and coach team members for business development and running the entire recruitment cycle independently- Assist in employer branding initiatives to actively communicate the company’s culture, benefits, etc within designated media channels, partners and associations.
