The Customer Quality Representative is the main focal during the progressive inspection of the AC and. Final delivery to the customer. Responsible for scheduling inspections, updating customer on AC status and ensurring AC readiness are only a few of the responsibilities.

Aircraft inspections prior to customer arrival to ensure quality and conformity to customers expectations. I also present the aircraft to the customer and explain how to use it and maintain it.

I planned and prepared the work for my team and ensurred everybody had all the parts and information to carry out their work. I participated in flight breifings and post flight debriefing to fix any mechanical issues related to the AC. I also made sure that a proper passover to the following shift was communicated.
