An executive change manager, business and technology leader with significant private and public sector experience at senior levels in undertaking strategic reviews, leading complex analysis and policy assessment and implementing large scale positive transformation. Currently Chief Executive at the Department for Enterprise, Isle of Man Government’s principle point for industry liaison, business support, FDI and economic innovation.
