· Program, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate technology· Use prescribed proprietary markup language to create customer content in an online platform solution· Conduct Impact Analysis, UAT, and QA checks on 3rd party software solutions, software upgrades, and new feature implementation· Suggest, create, maintain, and take ownership of documentation topics related to troubleshooting, resolutions, best practices, and training· Support Team Lead/Supervisor on implementation of business solutions and client requests· Confer with clients to gain understanding of needed changes to platform content or functionality· Resolve internal/external inquiries related to input/output requirements, intended usage, strategic planning, and alignment of these elements to internal checks, controls, and quality assurance· Provide hands-on training to internal and external users· Assist with Data File Analysis and problem resolution· Participate in special projects and project management duties· Liaise between cross-functional departments within the organization

Utilizing various programs to analyze large amounts of data, produce reports, counts, and compare data files. Communicate with clients to help create new jobs and enhance already existing projects.
