I have been working in plastic mold made and plastic injection molding field for more than sixteen years, rolling in this field for so long time, I have been devoting to take a part in each special work, to grasp the spirits of each stage, to integrate different kinds of knowledges, technologies and tips of skills concerned about mold made, molding process, products manufacturing, Quality management, production management, and working hard to act as each role well, and also tried to run my own business in molding products, started a small plant, but failed finally (cause of financial crisis in 2009). I had experience to establish molding workshops successfully, and I can well drive a molding shop floor independently, for I well knowing about many kinds of industries' standards, systems, and tools, and familiar with almost of normal and engineering plastics and molding processes, knowhow about mold design, mold rebuild, I always stress on organization of workshop, team work, and coordination with related units, and communication with company's clients and suppliers for getting good relationships, and I continuously focused my eyes on KPIs of workshop, and sticking to improvement of capabilities of molding production, and emphasizing efficiency, quality, stability, and security. I can stand on the company's interests to culture my subordinates to build professional qualities, to train and boost them to take more and more professional skills.
