Over 30 years experience in the Banking/Financial Services sector performing roles ranging from Senior Cobol Programmer through to Managing Operational IT Teams/Functions of 12 or more within various IT areas. Using ServiceNow I have been heavily involved with Asset, Incident and Problem Management processes in order to monitor asset levels and reduce issues identified within the wider Business functions. I have also been responsible for Resource Management in order to ensure projects are fully staffed and colleague availability is known at least 6 months in advance.Not only do I love challenges in work I also love personal challenges outside of work. I regularly set personal goals which have seen me complete the 3 peaks, 5 peaks, Welsh 3000 and numerous marathons along with an ultra marathon which keep me focused on keeping fit both in mind and body.
