Senior Implementation Consultant: • Work closely with clients and SS&C internal departments to collect, document, and present business requirements to support the project. Perform configuration, QA testing, training, go live planning, and provide client status for the duration of the project.• Work closely with our Development department to ensure any enhancements submitted will meet the client’s requirements and support the project plan.• Collaborate with the client to setup ECM/EDI processing and processing schedules to support client requirements.• Work closely with Extol resources to ensure inbound and outbound data fields are mapped to support client requirements. • Document file transfer requirements to ensure files are received and sent securely and document error processing procedures to support the client’s processing schedule. • Define, document, test, and perform the configuration to support real time processing for the 270/271 & 276/277 transaction sets as well as the 835 ERA transaction to support CORE standards & HIPAA.• Knowledgeable with all aspects of ECM/EDI X12 processing (270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 834, 835, & 999). • Create custom AS400 queries & SQLs to produce correspondence and management reports to support client requirements.• Responsibilities include software implementation, system conversion, process capture, management reporting, data mapping, issue and trend analysis, software testing (writing, execution, and validation of test plans) and product training.

Provide support to customs using McKesson Group Practice software. Support Electronic submission of Insurance claim filing and remittance.
