I assist customers with both flooring and furniture enquiries maximising sales working in a team to ensure the best store presentation standards possible.

A temporary position selling mobile phones and arranging contracts for customers. I had to learn aspects of any new handsets as they wher released to ensure full technical knowledge of the products

I assisted the manager with all daily duties and also stepped up when he was away from the store.I also helped to manage the subcontractors and resolved any issues that occurred during the day.As assistant manager I also had to assist with the stock management and staffing issues that occurred from time to time.
