Mark Lin, the Principal Sports Podiatrist and Director for Footwork Podiatry, established the practice to provide the best and unique solution for foot pain, as well create a true and corrective treatment approach that he would like to receive if he was a patient. After years of treating pain and injuries and seeing many not getting the best results with conventional treatments, he worked hard to expand his knowledge and improve his clinical skills. Eventually, Mark developed treatment modalities that would genuinely deliver the best possible results for foot and leg problems. He shares an idea that every patient that comes through the door of a podiatrist should receive the best corrective treatment solutions that don't just accommodate symptoms but also address the cause of the problem and correct the body’s dysfunction for greater health benefits. Since opening in the heart of Sydney’s north shore -Roseville, he has successfully implemented his treatment approach and delivered many life-changing experiences for chronic pain sufferers. Mark realises that staying healthy and active are keys to maintain lifestyle and developed the passion for improving life quality through podiatry. Since graduating from university, Mark has developed to a highly trained Sports Podiatrist who specialises in the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions of the lower limbs. While working in Darwin, Mt Isa and Perth, he was able to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of biomechanics/sports podiatry. He has since become the first Podiatrist in Australia to qualify in Trigenics® in the lower body which is a revolutionary treatment in musculoskeletal care that restores strength and movement to patients. This and other treatments provided by Mark have successfully healed foot, ankle and leg injuries that have put a strain on patient's quality of life.
