Transformation Exec Board Leadership within the UK's leading solar PV renewables distributor. Reporting into the Managing Director (2 extensions), took ownership for restructuring, outsourcing and streamlining the end to end business and particularly its operations, positioning the business for future growth. Key achievements include:a) Heads of terms and contract build and completion for new Logistics/Supply Chain outsourcing contract with major UK 3PL.b) Successfully transitioned and outsourced end to end business operations on time and to budget, from multiple hubs into 1, positioning business for growth, improved visibility and availability. The transition incorporated TUPE transfer processes of inhouse hubs, with constant care.c) IT related change with the transition to 3PL's Warehousing Management and Transport systems and away from bespoke internal warehousing and despatch systems.d) End to End Business Process changes in Finance, through to Customer Order Processing and Customer Services as a result of the Outsourcing programme and change in system use.e) An additional and separate programme of work with the Exec teams of both Segen and its sister company City Electrical Factors (CEF) to merge and align their renewables sourcing, supply, storage, distribution, order processing and customer services. This went live on time in April 24.

Leadership of the ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Manhattan WMS and Kagool) Operations and Commercial System and Process Transformation across Alliance Healthcare on the UK Exec Board. A £100m+, 200+ team programme. Achievements include:a) Revamped the original programme budget of £60m to make it fit for purpose, achieving sign off from the US main board for an additional £40m+ of funding.b) Successfully delivered the complete end to end design blueprint for the transformation, from Finance through to Sourcing, Procurement, Sales and Customer Services, through to Planning, Warehousing and Logistics. A true end to end business change focus.c) Delivered Release 1 of the programme, implementing new processes and systems into Finance and Procurement.d) Worked closely with the Post M&A team to ensure the timely integration of the Alliance Healthcare transformation programmer into new owners.

Transforming and developing Global and UK Operations to enable fast paced commercial growth.• Leadership and development of a UK and International team to build the global footprint and enter new markets• Enabling fast paced international growth and development through the building of wider European and Global Networks. 6 new production locations opened and 4 additional 3pl's added in 8 months• Key Leader of ERP transformation in Costa with a transition to MS Dynamics, including role of Sponsor for new Order Management platform into the business.• Digitalisation / Creation of a multi divisional Global Forecasting and Demand/Supply Planning function for Core Products, plus the implementation of a Key Reporting and Metrics tool for the business• Leadership of Post Brexit strategy and InternationalTrade Compliance implementation and previously, Chair of Brexit Contingency plans across the whole business, with solution sign off by the Exec board.• Building of and leadership of the International Trade Compliance team, ensuring Costa understands its accountabilities and meets them, ensuring optimal service to customers, focusing on EU entry strategy and close liaison with Tax teams and Customs Agents

Drove the transition to a globally aligned organisational set up and across multiple brands.• Accountable for global inbound shipping, customs and inbound supply chains across Kingfisher and associated supply chain sourcing set ups in China.• Led and delivered Brexit Contingency plans, with full sign off by the board• Led programme of International Trade workstreams including AEO feasibility review

Drove the Strategic and Operational Transformation of the Global Operations for the organisation. Joined up disparate operations across the globe for the 1st time in the organisation’s history, implementing new functions and led the design and implementation of a new ERP solution (SAP). Led the management of suppliers, improved the demand and supply set up, reviewed and outsourced or off-shored multiple operations and negotiated improved purchasing terms on a global Supply Chain spend of GBP50 million.
