Here I'm continuing to follow in the footsteps of the company's founder (Andy Howard) and selling a growing brand in the QSR industry. I was the Senior Director of Franchise Sales at Realty ONE Group, America's fastest growing real estate franchisor. I was part of the team that awarded over 400 franchises in 49 states and 18 countries, offering a unique and disruptive lifestyle brand that empowers and supports broker owners and agents. I was passionate about sharing our vision and values with prospective franchisees and providing them with the tools and knowledge to succeed in a competitive and dynamic market. Prior to that, I was the Franchise Development Manager at Culver Franchising System, LLC, where I contributed to the growth of the brand from 31 to over 789 restaurants in 26 states. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can leverage my skills in new business development, hospitality, and food service. I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities in the franchising field.
