Rigging Supervisor / Project Loler Focal Point
Generating lift plans for the installation of all structural steel and pipework.Carrying out all lift plans and method statements to loler regulations. Visiting all work sites before work commences, holding toolbox talks and overseeing all tasks, to carry the work out safely and to a good standard. Issuing all rigging equipment and loft management duties.Being involved in creating permits and performing authority duties. Planning future work scopes.Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours and taking on additional responsibility.Excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated to ensuring and understanding the company requirements and procedures. Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to continuously improve product delivery. Dealing efficiently and on own initiative with a high-volume workload. Responding promptly and effectively to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies and managing conflicting priorities.Supporting and improving team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices. ICU upgrade cancelled in April 2020 due to the covid-19 Pandemic
