With over four decades of experience as a consultant and writer, I have helped CEOs and founders of start-ups and established organizations achieve sustainable growth with vision and strategy. I hold a Ph.D. in management from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and I am a professor emeritus at The New School in New York City, where I founded and directed several innovative graduate programs and initiatives. My work as a consultant and writer is informed by my research, teaching, and publications on topics such as organizational change, board governance, and executive development. I am the author of the award-winning book "Mean Men: The perversion of America's self-made man", which received wide media attention. I also led the eminence and content strategy for Deloitte's Chief Executive Program from 2015 to 2022. I am passionate about empowering leaders to create a positive and lasting impact in their fields and society.In February 2024, I was selected as one of the "World's Top 30 Management Professionals for 2024.
