Mark Liu has extensive experience as a business leader across the sectors of investment banking, minerals and mining, and energy and resources..Mark has previously served as an Executive Director of Minerals and Metals Group (MMG) Limited as well as Executive Vice President of Minmetals Resources. During his time at Minmetals Mark was instrumental in numerous cross border acquisitions, most notably the A$1.2bn acquisition of OZ Minerals in 2009. Prior to that, Mark Liu was an Executive Director at Nathans Merchant Bank as well as General Manager of Sino Mining. Most recently Mark was the Chief Executive Officer of the Orient Group.Mark has over 25 years experience working in natural resources and is highly competent as a business manager, leader and executioner.
