I am the managing partner of Lobb & Plewe, LLP. I oversee the Private Clients Group, which provides a full spectrum of legal services for high-net-worth entrepreneurs, their businesses and their families. I act as General Counsel for the firm’s private clients. I provide general corporate counseling, negotiate and oversee corporate structuring and transactions and assist individual clients in structuring their succession plans. I started the firm in 1993 in Riverside, California. My clients are closely held companies and in many instances, the owners of such companies. In addition to being a lawyer, I am involved in charitable endeavors. I am on the board of directors for Hospice of the Valleys, the Steering Committee for Saint Jeanne De Lestonnac High School, and the Board of Advisers for Birth Choice of Temecula. I am also one of the founders of the Temecula Mountain Lions Rugby Club and currently sit on the Board of Trustees.
