Mark Loffredo is a native Staten Islander, who is actively involved within the North Shore community through his Kiwanis Club. He presently is the President of Richmond Home Inspection, Co. Inc. and of Post Exterminating Co Inc. Mr. Loffredo has been in the inspection business for 25 years. He studied Architectural Engineering at the State University of New York, and received a Bachelors Degree in Building Sciences/Construction Management with a specialization in Soil Mechanics and Hydrostatics. Mark Loffredo is a current member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is licensed as required by the State of New York. Mr. Loffredo carries Errors and Omissions insurance. Currently, Mark Loffredo is actively involved with the Staten Island Zoological Society and directs the campaign for the annual journal.
