Compliance Training- Modernized compliance training for medical and commercial field personnel, transforming PowerPoint decks into Rise 360 courses for improved delivery and learner engagement.- Developed social media policy e-learning that aligned with the brand.- Collaborated with stakeholders from multiple departments to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.- Responded in <24 hours to training changes requested as part of a corrective action.Multimedia Content Development- Created short promotional videos for a baseball coaching client using multiple audio & video sources, regularly yielding 3,000-10,000 views. The most successful video had 390,000 views.- Helped a client move from live, 1:1 product demos to a pre recorded demo that has >15,000 views. Additionally, I reused this content to create 1.5–3 minute demos and <1 minute shorts for social media.- Wrote scripts and recorded voiceover for a series of social media advertising videos targeting a cybersecurity audience.

• Improved the culture around small exclusions and unconscious bias by collaborating with HR managers on a sexual harassment prevention course that focused on bystander training. The course received significant, unsolicited positive feedback from employees. • Improved the relevance of annual safety training by refocusing the course on industry-specific examples. The project also reduced contact time compared to the previous off-the-shelf training, and consolidated employee records in one learning management system (LMS).

• Improved a training course for first-time online faculty by focusing on teaching methods instead of educational philosophy. • Led workshops on using a new LMS (Brightspace).• Improved student support by creating a resources page for online students within the LMS.

• Lead instructional designer for company-wide software implementations (document management system and customer relationship management system). The training targeted approximately 100 call center representatives, 100 field employees, and 50 back-office employees. Used a blended approach with significant amounts of role playing, and developed job aids to support learning transfer.• Collaborated with subject matter experts to develop face-to-face training for contractors seeking professional certification in home energy efficiency assessment.• Collaborated with subject matter experts on community outreach training. Used guided search activities to increase learner engagement and share resources for further learning.• As Training Manager, improved communication and collaboration among offices by starting an instructional design community of practice.
