As the current chair of the Entrepreneurship Program at Ivy Tech Community College here in Lafayette, I'm dedicated to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools they need to bring their business ideas to life. My mission is to provide individuals with the resources and information necessary to take control of their lives and drive their own success.I bring a diverse range of skills and experience to the table, including:• Entrepreneurship: I excel at taking an idea and turning it into a successful, growing business.• Research design: I am well-versed in experimental and quasi-experimental design methods, as well as survey development and presentation.• Statistical analysis: I have expertise in both univariate and multivariate analyses, and can effectively interpret findings.• Organizational development: I have experience with assessment, action planning, implementation, and evaluation.• Program development: I am skilled in assessing needs, designing interventions, creating logic models, defining learning objectives, implementing programs, and evaluating their success.• Leadership: I possess strong communication, motivation, creativity, strategic planning, and team-building skills.• Public speaking: I am an engaging and effective presenter, with experience teaching and lecturing.• Adult pedagogy and andragogy: I have a deep understanding of self-concept, experience, motivation, engagement, and problem-centered learning, and know how to design and deliver learning experiences that are relevant and effective.• Facilitation: I am skilled in active listening, rapport building, structuring, and communication, and can facilitate productive conversations and collaborations.
