I am currently working for Perenti in the Perth office where I am the Group Financial Accounting manager for the group.I have developed experience in providing audit and related services to a variety of industries including the resources sector, Real Estate, Fund management and Trust and Company sectors. I have worked within the finance industry in Jersey, UK for six years and have then moved to Australia to work predominantly in the Energy, Utilities and Mining sector for PwC since 2013. My experience mainly covers gold, copper, zinc, lead, mineral sands and in various resources sector services companies including engineering & construction.I have experience in working with all sizes of companies from owner managed businesses to multinational and really enjoy working with with entities across various industries. I have worked on a number of large clients on a multinational basis including Barrick Gold, Perilya Limited, Cape Plc and Tronox Limited.I also have experience in the preparation of financial statements and under both UK GAAP and IFRS, been involved in a number of business valuations, and have experience of testing internal controls from a SOX perspective, along with a good understanding of UK and Australian tax.
