In my career, I'm a catalyst, a learner and a genuine listener who cares about the people behind the products. I'm a creative problem solver who believes that everything can be improved and everyone can exceed their current level of success. I love to work maybe a little too much.In my personal life, I am growing in what it means to rest, to be present, to love my family well and to admit that I too have needs. I have a best friend for a wife, two cute and hilarious red-head children, and an incredible church family. I grew up a Military brat but am so grateful to call Iowa my home. In my spare time I play piano, golf, drink coffee and can most likely be found reading.
