Starting out as an entry level banking employee for a top 10 national bank I focused on building a foundation to grow on. Along the way I found myself with the opportunity to expand my skills into Payments where I discovered my passion for helping companies translate technical developments into business deliverables.My current excursion gives me the opportunity to help my partners be operationally efficient and excellent by supporting adherence to operational and regulatory compliance, providing them with the data and insights to make informed decisions, testing and validating our product deliverables for functional acceptance criteria, and keeping the network running with regard to the processing of cardholder disputes.When I’m not keeping a look out for my colleagues and ways to optimize our payments products, I’m passionate about finding the “flow” opportunities in life. Whether it be immersing myself in music or attempting another DIY fabrication, I’m driven by curiosity and likeminded opportunity seekers to learn, know, and experience more.
