• Manage all supply chain product issues to include: contract/pricing negotiations with over 40 vendors, identifying solutions to product shortages, standard operating procedures for recalls, and quality control

• Works directly with franchisees to help them improve the operations and financial results of restaurants by developing break even analyses, analyzing P&L statements, performing operations analysis, and dealing with.
• Opened over 40 new restaurants which includes monitoring the development of restaurants under construction, training new franchisees, leading an operations team, and developing training schedules for new employees
• Developed curriculum and facilitated operations training for Lenny’s University, the Company’s internal franchise/owner training program which trained 60 new franchisees
• Improved the quality assurance report/program and verified that the program addressed compliance with key components of the Lenny’s Franchise Disclosure Document
• Created a mystery shopper program that covered 20 key compliance questions which were performed bimonthly for over 100 restaurants
• Developed a tracking system for historical results of quality assurance reports and a program for monitoring system for follow up

• Served on Active Duty as a First Lieutenant and Captain from Nov 2003 – March 2005 by leading a platoon of over 40 soldiers in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom
• Supervised movement of over 140 pieces of equipment, vehicles, and military containers and the delivery of 2.2 million gallons of fuel throughout Iraq
• Developed and supervised eight convoy commanders to carry out convoy missions throughout Iraq
• Led platoon to amass of over 235,000 accident free miles while driving throughout Iraq and Kuwait in adverse conditions
• Served as key member of leadership team in the two and half months of training in preparation of deployment to Iraq
• Served as Company Officer in charge of mobilization ceremony, war fighter simulation training, and support for soldiers being mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom
