I actually wanted to be a vet but settled for the next best thing in my eyes and became a veterinary nurse. After nursing for a few years and still in my early 20’s, it was time for a new chapter and new challenges.Eventually that led to working for SolutionX (now known as Xeretec), a local company with a family like feel, where I was able to flourish in the copy/print world and have never looked back.Over the years, Xeretec has expanded its services and now offers a host of IT solutions expanding our portfolio and keeping us market relevant. I’ve dealt with a lot of local businesses, from right on my doorstep in Inverness and Moray all the way up to the Shetland Islands. I’ve always taken the same approach, identifying where customer are in there own journey and advise on solutions that help them now and the longer term. This is always done in an honest, transparent and professional manner, where customer can tell you care.Outside of work, I like to play the bagpipes. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet some amazing people and travel to different corners of the globe because of this fantastic instrument.I enjoy nothing more than family time with my wife and two bundles of corgi fun “Dewi and Poppy” and of course the day wouldn't be complete without trying to fit in a spot of fishing or screaming at the telly whilst watching Rugby or football.
