The role would involve calling to the above accounts on a weekly/fortnightly basis and insuring that listed sku's are in stock and merchandised correctly.With over 60 sku's in our portfolio this is a challenging role and requires that I have very good working relationship with each of the stores and management to insure that we can capitalize on our range where possible.Covering the South East of Ireland working in Waterford,Wexford,Carlow,Laois,Tipperary and kilkenny this is a large area to cover so time management and having a proper journey plan is key to my success and excellent relationships that I have with each of my accounts.There are new products being developed by Birds eye all the time and we need to be quick on the ground that when we launch such new products that we have 100% buy in from our accounts. As part of my sales call I would carry out a store audit to spot gaps from our range and highlight this with each store manager and try to come to an agreement. This is an area that we are being targeted against by our management team with huge investments being made in the new sku's it is important that we do our upmost to make them successful within the market place. Not only would I have had to agree with management where our display units were to be positioned throughout this period but also had to make sure that the display unites were put together and ready to be displayed at the start of each campagin. I would also would have had to ensure that each display was stocked at all times to ensure we kept this space throughout promotional period.I also carried out sales calls and push through extra sales where I felt they were needed within each account. I would have also being working with Coca-Cola when they launched new products eg. Powerade, and would have agreed with each store qunaties of stock along with floor space to help with the launching of this new product. Show less
