I am accustomed to a fast-paced environment where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is a requirement. I enjoy a challenge and work hard to attain my goals. Constant communication with all levels of management has strengthened my interpersonal skills where I bring a unique blend of energy, humour and flexibility to the job, as well as many other motivating qualities. I am able to give you a lot for your employer investment. Adept at both oral and written communication I interact effectively with individuals of all levels. I have earned a reputation as a valuable member of any team by upholding the Armies core values; Selfless Commitment, Discipline, Respect for others, integrity, Loyalty, and Courage. I am always keen to learn new skills to enhance not only my own abilities but the productivity and quality of my work.I have a true passion for helping people as shown by my commitment to care in the community as a First Responder for Lincolnshire’s Integrated Volunteer Emergency Services where I can attend everything from an elderly person falling in their home to life saving emergency first aid at a cardiac arrest, where on most occasions I am first on scene before the emergency ambulance. I also volunteer as a search and rescue technician with Lowland Search and Rescue where our main focus is searching for vulnerable missing persons who suffer mental health issues, or who are elderly so having that calm customer service manor I have spent years building on comes into its own. For this role I will be drawing on experience from various roles as a driver driving military vehicles including 9 seater dog utility vans and mobile response cars for a security company.
