Mark Lyons, CAPP, is the Parking Division Manager in Sarasota, Fla. He has a track record of successful performance in parking management and mobility programs across the country in nearly all markets segments. He has directed complex operations, contracts, and programs that have sustained valuable improvements and greatly enhanced the bottom line by streamlining operations and improving service levels. Under Mark’s leadership, he recently directed the strategic planning and development for a new citywide paid parking program, which included design and construction management of the first municipally owned and operated ParkSmart garage receiving the Silver award. Mark serves on the Board of Director for the International Parking and Mobility Institute. I am a director that inspires and challenges a team to think further, collaborate, and continually improve. I have directed national parking and transportation programs across the country. A special emphasis is noted for the development of new and existing business relationships/accounts for a range of services, in not only the parking and mobility sector, but also in the aviation services market that extends from the ramp to the curbside operations.I have authored and developed winning business proposals and implementation strategies that have proven successful. I continually “sharpen the saw” through advanced industry certifications, serving in leadership capacities, and engaging quality peer relationships on a national level.
