- Using interpersonal skills when responding to queries form current and potential customers- Prepare quotations in a timely manner- Ensure all available drilling/ rental tools meet inspection criteria- Maintain documentation and traceability for all tools- Co-ordinate repairs and inspection of tools to ensure maximum optimisation of tools- Responsible for preparing monthly invoices- Participate and lead in HSE issues- Thorough updating and maintenance of rental tool inventory- Maintain accurate rental tool information- co-ordinate logistics- Motivate and assist with staff development- Maintain costs in-line with pre-set budget

- Provide services to the mining, oil, gas and civil industries- Record high quality data from survey and logging tools- Record daily activities and report on equipment/ operations- Know and comply with OHS procedures and conduct Take 5’s, JSA, JSEA, SWMS, audits, incident investigations, hazard identification, hazard observations, safe work observation, maintaining dangerous chemical register, and journey management plans- Maintain equipment and vehicles to a very high standard, including regular calibration of tools- Perform any other tasks as directed by management- Ad hoc assistance to management in day-to-day business tasks- Liaising with clients and stakeholders- Making unsupervised decisions regarding deployments and organising equipment- Acting in higher Supervisor role- Supporting field engineers with technical issues, training and support

- Meeting tight deadlines when delivering products - Operation of medium rigid vehicles- Forklift operation, load/ unload of vehicles- Working autonomously to self-regulated work schedules- Forklift operation and loading/unloading HC/MC trucks.

- Business sales and development- Working to budgets- Basic administrative tasks- Compiling contracts and related paperwork- Effectively managing customer account enquiries- Facilitating OH&S requirements- Management/supervisory duties when required- Regular involvement with operations and coordinating jobs, trucks and employees- Truck driver, forklift driver, and fence install and dismantle (when required)

- Trade sales direct to builders and construction professionals as well as the general public- Coordinating and overseeing product deliveries- Packing and picking orders- Invoicing- Performing product deliveries- Operating MR vehicles and forklifts- Acting as showroom consultant where required
