Preparation & Submission of Forms through Corenet, Plans and Information required by Authorities for Approval & TOP/CSC.• Conduct regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team and keeping them up to date to the recent issues and concern of the project.• Monitoring of the contractor’s progress and follow up to achieve completion of work ahead and in timely schedule.• Schedule meetings and coordinate activities among team members, consultants, and clients to facilitate project progress. • Work closely with Senior Associates and Design Directors on conceptual designs, space planning, development, detailing, specifications, and production. • Lead team for CAD design drawing production and submission, • Checking/commenting of submitted shop drawings, details, specifications submitted by contractors to ensure compliance of the design intent and regulations.• Prepare sketches to address RFI concerns from contractors.• Liaising with Suppliers & Contractors and help on the evaluation of cost prior to recommending to Client for cost approval.• Conduct Site Inspections of the completed works for handover and ensuring correct architectural design standards are followed, addressing technical co-ordination issues, and building regulations.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the design process. • Review project requirements and provide recommendations to meet project deliverables. • Prepare necessary email correspondence and technical documents to support project communication and documentation. • Maintain and update project records for organized project management. • Guide and mentor junior team members in effective CAD software usage for design production and documentation. • Handle IT-related matters, including software installations, licenses, and network/computer troubleshooting, to ensure CAD software operates smoothly.
