- Renovation and extension of Witanhurst House, Highgate, London, N6 6LS. A Grade II listed Queen Anne Style Mansion. Project included complete renovation of the 4,000m2 Mansion- Sole management and responsibility of a team of up to 35/40 carpenters- Constructed safety provisions, including scaffolding, gang ladders, perimeter railings, fall protection and temporary covers- Liaising with Construction managers on a day to day basis- Liaising with designers, architects, sub-contractors, quantity surveyors, administrators, Human resources, other trades, e.g. plasterers, electricians, plumbers, specialist painters, labourers, engineers, metal workers and glass fitters- Ordering of all materials for works,including all timbers for second fix substrate works, to very high end joinery, ironmongery- Keeping a site diary- Keeping to site programme, drawing up site programme for construction managers- Monitoring operatives times on and off site for payment every two weeks and subsequent payroll confirmation- All site carpentry ranging from very large 2nd fix roof, hips, valleys, gables to the highest end joinery and cabinet making- Overseeing/Laying of substrate flooring to final fixing tongue and groove flooring- Monitoring and advising carpenters on how to finish works, install work- Advising architects on construction issues

- Travelling the world playing music to thousands of people in full nightclubs and festivals- Promotion of own Music and six record labels over this period- Working side by side with international promoters advising on music policies and promotions- Promotion of various international record labels products
