Areas of responsibility include: CMO/Enterprise brand and strategy communications, Board of Director communications, national and digital advertising, sports marketing and sponsorship programs, partner communications including Nationwide Children's Hospital, and support for the Chief Customer Advocate.

Partnered with network and vendor partners (e.g., Qualcomm, Nortel, Samsung, LG and Best Buy) as well as sports properties (e.g., NFL, NASCAR, IRL, PGA Tour and U.S. Ski Team) to build the Sprint PCS brand with retail consumers and business customers.

Led the agency's five-person technology practice and media training team. Responsible for developing and executing regional market launches for two digital wireless service companies -- American Personal Communications (APC - Sprint Spectrum) in Washington, D.C. and Cox Communications in Orange County, California. These two bi-coastal market launch successes led to the creation of the nation's first nationwide digital wireless phone service called Sprint PCS.

Joined the public relations and public affairs agency as an account executive to develop and execute media relations campaigns, grassroots lobbying initiatives and public affairs support for national clients. Promoted and trained to be a member of the media training and crisis communications teams that counseled national association, coalition and corporate clients. Clients included The American Ambulance Association, Anheuser-Busch, Major League Baseball, Honda, Mineral Resources Alliance and Chemical Manufacturers Association.
