About Mark O'Neill

As the Executive Vice President of Operations for Pyramid Hotel Group, I oversee hotel assets and I’m responsible for owner relations, revenue enhancement, P&L performance, NOI, GEI, AOS, asset maintenance, acquisition, disposition and capital improvement. I have significant experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation. I am also asked to assist with system engagement improvementPyramid owns and manages over 100 hotels including limited service, full service, upper-upscale and luxury hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Ireland under brand names including Marriott, Hilton, Embassy, Suites, Hyatt, Westin, Le Méridien and Sheraton. I am proud to work for an organization committed to superior service. Prior to joining the team at Pyramid, I served HEI for 10 years in various roles include Regional Vice President of Operations. Before that, Starwood Hotel and Resorts for nine years in both their North American and Vacation Ownership divisions. I successfully opened more than 1,100 new resort units and brought to successful registration more than 3,000 units to the company with the Development and Legal departments. Before that I spent fifteen years with Interstate Hotel and Resorts managing various hotels.
